Ben Lettery Hostel is located 12 km
before Clifden. If you approach from
Galway, it will be located 8 km after the
tiny village of Recess, on the right side
of the road. Three bus companies pass by and stop at the gate several times a day: CityLink, Bus Eirean and GoBus.

Note: Ben Lettery Connemara Hostel is now run as a social enterprise - a group of about 20 retirees each take a week to run the hostel, as a social fun holiday. So every week, there is a different volunteer manager who returns each year to enjoy Connemara!
